So many of us struggle with getting quality sleep every night—here are a few actions you can take now to improve your sleep:
- Get regular exercise
- Set up a regular bedtime
- Find a good temperature for sleeping
- Avoid eating a heavy meal or spicy foods before bedtime
- Avoid caffeine in the afternoon and evening
- Get comfortable
- Avoid screen time at least a half-hour before going to bed
