Talk It Out Tuesday
It’s normal for us to struggle with our emotions every now and then. Growing up, going to school or work and building relationships can all cause stress, anxiety, and all kinds of feelings.
Talking to a trusted friend or adult is one way to feel less alone and more supported in how we’re feeling. Try going beyond the question of “how are you?” with someone today and ask “how are you really?” or “how are you taking care of yourself?” Showing someone they are not alone and listening to whatever they are feeling helps us feel more connected.
