Stress Less: An Action Guide for Teens was designed with input from your peers to empower you to educate and engage your peers, parents and community around the challenges stress and mental well-being place on teens’ ability to perform at their best.
Research suggests people are more likely to listen to messages and change their attitudes and behaviors if they believe the messenger is like them. In other words, you have the power to influence behavior change among your peers; you have the power to inspire action.
By establishing partnerships with peers, parents, school officials, teachers and community organizations to join you in action, you can make a real, meaningful difference in your school and community.
